Tale of Sachiko

A woman with long brown hair and a white dress walked in the girl's room. Faena was an elf, with green eyes, long gray hair. She was an city elf, her skin was the same color as humans, only pointy ears were making the difference. Her dress was long with a light pink t-shirt on top, which was tied like a corset. 

She walked to the little girl, who was sitting in the middle of the room playing with toys. Faena smiled and sat in front of her.

"Sachiko? Are you hungry?" she asked. But the Vareos girl, didn't reply. She only looked at Faena with her violet eyes, while slightly cocking her head confused. The elven woman sighted and stood up, she patted the girl's head. "I'll prepare you something" 

Faena walked to the kitchen, when she saw her husband he shaked her head as a sign, that nothing has changed. The man looked down and sighted, while sitting down on the chair nearby. 

"It's been a year" he said.

"I know. But we can't force her to talk, if she doesn't feel like." She took a cutting desk from below, then walked to the fridge. "Maybe she needs more time, after all I feel that she doesn't see a mother in me"

In the meantime Sachiko was playing with a stuffed teddy, she was lifting it then spinned around, pretending she was on a ball. The whole time her face was emotionless. She didn't smile or cry, even when she was feeling sad. Sachiko was wearing a light purple blouse, which had a cat-eared hood, so she could hide her white ears, when others come. She also had a green skirt and violet wool shoes. Her wolf-like tail was wagging left and right, as she spinned around.

Then she threw the teddy to the roof and fell on the bed, while staring at the window behind. Suddenly the room started changing, something like an sapphire ribbon was floating around the room. Sachiko didn't knew that her eyes were glowing, which activated her Vareos ability to see energy. 

The feeling was familiar for the girl, she sat up like a dog and looked around. She saw a blurred figure of a person. She narrowed her eyes to see better and the person was becoming clearer. After a short while, the girl jumped of the bed and stared at the creature. Is was a very beautiful woman, she had long royal blue hair and violet eyes. Her long dress was light aqua. She had three white cat tails with blue endings and white cat ears. 

Sachiko walked to the woman, who smiled to her and crouched. She clapped her hands in joy.

"Well done, darling! You were able to do it on your own. ~livia" She looked to the girl once again to remember her "I'm proud of you, Sachiko ~livia" Sachiko reached out her hand, but it penetrated by a woman and the girl felt great cold. Sachiko looked at her mother in sadness and confusion.

"I'm sorry, treasure. But I'm only a spirit now~livia" Sachiko looked down, while tears filled her eyes, slowly dripping on the floor "Sachiko. You're not alone, I'll always be by your side, even if you don't see me. There's also a person, who needs you ~livia"

"Mi?" Sachiko looked at her mother surprised. Her mother smiled and gave her a toy.

"Be patient, treasure. Your brother will come fer you, so wait just a little longer. I promise he'll come"

Sachiko looked as her mother was slowly disappearing from her. When her eyes stopped glowing, she wasn't able to feel her presence anymore. She stared at the toy, which looked like a stuffer kitty and she hugged it tightly. Sachiko sat down and stared at the place where her mother disappeared, hoping she'll be able to see her once again. But she didn't return. The little girl hid all her toys to the boxes, then garbbed the cat plushie and jumped on the bed. She was looking at that place, until her eyelids become heavier and heavier, making the girl fall a sleep. She was tightly clinging to her plushie, worried that someone could take it from her.
